I am confused as to how this is happening, but I am determined to figure it out. During the time we were making and sending out this first batch of exhausts, we randomly test fit three of the systems on a bone stock 370Z that we have here in our shop. All of them fit perfectly straight out of the jig.
M.Bonanni called earlier to let us know about these alignment problems. I test fit another one here in the shop straight out of the jig and here are the photos...    These were taken about 10 minutes ago. I would like to take a look at one of the systems that is reporting crooked tips. Are there any in SoCal with the same issue? If so, please PM me so I can arrange a way to take a look.

Yup, those look perfect!
I get UPS deliveries every day to my house, it's amazing the abuse I see daily. Fedex is no better. I can only say to berk that I hope you use a pantload of packing materials around the pipes so that they don't move around during shipping. Styrofoam is your friend. I also believe that Weapon is the only one who has posted fitment issues so far, it's not multiple people or did I miss something?  Quote:

Any chance that your test-car (template) is somewhat crooked? Can you test-fit the exhaust on a different car? I am just wondering.
