Just got my update from Rob....They're really trying their best to please everyone guys...I'm just glad that mine is almost out the door....My Exhausts and HFC's have a long way to travel from Cali to Guam...Its gonna take about 2 additional weeks to get here, but once I know that Berks dropped it off, I'll know that I only have 2 more weeks of waiting...:driving:

Stuff outside of our control happens all of the time. That's all people wanted, communication.............People are more willing to be patient and understanding when they are kept in the loop. The customer service from Berk has been 1000 times better. Had this been the case 2 months ago, I would have purchased one. Unfortunately, I still have a PM from over a month and a half ago that's still waiting for a response. I'm happy for you guys who did the GB. I could sense your frustrations in the past few months. You guys are great customers.

I have a tracking number. Should be here on Thursday the 12th. I am supposed to be out of town until the weekend and my car is heading to the third dealer in five days to try to get a transmission issue resolved. So no install for me this weekend. :shakes head:

Mine has departed California and is scheduled to arrive here on Guam on August 24th-25th... Unfortunatley I will not be able to do my install until after September 4th....My great friends that want to be part of the install will be in Japan undergoing training and certification for the GTR...I was going to go ahead and do the install without them, but got all the bad tripping...So I figured since I've waited this long, what's waiting another week for them to get back gonna hurt?

They have been waiting for the exhaust pretty much as long as I have...At least I don't have to worry about them calling me up asking me when its gonna come in....LMAO... They're super stoked as I will be the only one here on Guam that will have the Berks...There are two other Z's that have the Stillen and One (Simota) that has a Greddy...Other than that all the other 370's are stock mode...I can understand their pain, so I've decided to be a good friend and team player and wait for them to come back from their GTR training in Japan
