Does not seem that far off base, I would agree on the oil cooler and clutch/flywheel/csc since the transmission will be done you may as well. Questions I would have:

Questions I would have: -What size injectors & brand? -What size fuel pump & brand? -Is this a shop made kit or something by a shop in the US or Japan?
