Ok going on your lines of thinking here, an important question would be was the 600hp dyno done on the same wastegate spring as the final kit? and what is the minimum boost you will be able to run on this kit for valet and girlfriend's driving my car tunes?

The EFR6758 has an adjustable integrated wastegate. There are three different wastegates it can run. The range of adjustability depends on which wastegate is installed. The ranges are as follows:

Low boost: 4psi-14.7psi
Medium boost: 9psi-20psi
High boost: 16psi-32psi

I do not know which wastegate they are shipping with the kits. Even the lowest boost wastegate is capable of producing the hp results posted earlier though. Max can answer your question better than I can but I hope this helps.

Great question! Although I don't believe I would let any Valet drive my turbocharged Z (used to be a valet myself way back in the day) - I would give them the extra $10 to park it up front so they can drool over it instead of taking 1/8" of rubber off my tires.

The BorgWarner EFR Turbochargers we use come with the medium boost actuator which we then take off and replace with the low boost actuators.

To answer your question, the White Nismo which was seen in the dyno video/graph utilized the very same low boost actuator which are included in the turbocharger system.

Regarding minimum boost - we just had a 350Z leave yesterday with the same AAM Competition BorgWarner Turbocharger System (aside from 350Z vs. 370Z differences) set to 5psi. We set it a bit lower because it was an automatic with close to 100k miles on the engine. I will also add that he drove 10+ hours home right after picking up the vehicle - not a bad durability test right off the bat!

Aviator44's numbers on boost limitations are right on point( I am also re verifying with BW), but theoretically speaking each of those actuators should be able to support up to 50% more boost than the numbers dictate.
Edit: Here is the boost actuator limitations chart from BorgWarner:

For customer who want to run a much higher boost, we will have both the medium and high boost actuators available but for the majority of all applications the low boost actuators should suffice.

good questions!
