it is easier than it looks and we will be making a DVD of the complete install process .

Sam
That's fantastic. It looks top notch and very, very clean. With the bumper on it'd be hard to tell that anything substantial is really going on in there.

And I think those pictures should serve to remind us all that there are TWO SC kits in the works right now...

Like I said earlier...sleeper. Looks almost like a mostly stock engine bay with cold-air intake pipes. The intercooler isn't too obvious, either. I read that the Rotrex is a lot quieter than other SCs. That true?

Not to mention it just looks clean compared to the Stillen kit which as a lot going on (and a not so aesthetically pleasing intake manifold).

Actually, I think the Stillen kit has very straight-forward piping. However, like you said, they don't use the stock engine cover with their new intake manifold, which doesn't make the engine bay look as subtle or as clean. I think the Stillen guys are trying to design their own engine cover to clean things up a bit.

while i know appearance doesn't have anything to do with performance, Stillen would need a BIG engine cover to hide all of that uglyness.

+1 (as I see it) Stillen might have a hard time getting the car to run right with the 2 MAFs on the same charge tube.... I mean I stand for correction if I'm wrong but don't banks 1 & 2 generally get different data readings and voltages respectively? How can these variables ever be safely tuned out of what the (already sensitive) ECU wants to see?
