I don't see why your AFRs at idle would vary from before the build. The intake system, head and engine displacement are still the same right?

Update!!

Sorry for late update guys I was out of country I asked the Manager to take some photos for me while I am away to keep this forum tuned. But he got busy the whole week no pictures was supplied, anyways where were we?

Everything on OP is installed finally except boost controller because tuner recommend to install it after break in for some reason

For those who was waiting for me to update about CSF radiator + GTM shroud, lemme tell you this. It fit like a glove!

We turned the car on just to check for any oil leaks and there was no leaks!

while the mechanic was checking for oil leaks i was seriously drooling on how the exhaust sound its pure pure pure pure p0rn! and the most amazing thing is the engine runs veeery smooth!! accurate balancing is the key of engine smoothness

The tuner that was suppose to tune my car today (btw today i came to country too) had to travel for work and he will be back next Sunday. there are alot of people who call themself tuners just because they have some jacks and tools but i only trust one guy so I'll wait for him no need to rush..

In meanwhile here are some pictures

Im not sure my friend. but bigger turbos, fuel rails, exhaust, downpipe, fuel lines, fuel pump and endless list of upgrades and plus to that, its return style fuel system now..

Im sure with all these combo they made the AFR go crazy little bit.

Haha I hear you. I was thinking the same thing when I saw the turbo blankets. This guy is definitely doing things right the first time :tiphat:

Thought of adding some pictures i took yesterday when I was there to discussing about gauge mounts while we wait for tuner to come back to country.

As you all know by now that CSF radiator will fit with GTM shroud like a glove but please dont quote me on that if you have SC, Dual SC, MHI Turbo kit, Fast intention turbo and etc.. I have GTM Garrett turbo kit and it worked just fine

You have to relocate the water overflow hose its easy and thats all about it.
Red hose is the overflow water

the fans are so big and the motors of these fans are even bigger.
Look how close the motors are to the engine now.

Why is it in Dubai the work can be done but know one can tune it? You could make a killing there if you knew how. I hope your not waiting on that no good POS Sharif from Forged Performance to come over there.

I highly doubt it. That's a built GTM kit. No way Sam would let that happen.

True. :icon17:

There are a lot of good tuners here, but not a lot who are willing to invest in an UpRev tuner license due to it's very small market, the fact that's it not very user friendly is also not a plus.

If one was to ever switch to Motec or Haltech or any of the other standalones, he would not that have that problem.

LOL why would I pay for airplane ticket and book room for hotel to bring a tuner all the way from USA to UAE when we have good tuners?

My tuner is local but he's just out of country for a week.

Couldn't say it any better :tiphat:

except the old Fcon, there was like one guy in the entire middle east for that wasn't there?, It is easier to get someone in the middle east to buy a full standalone ecu. For what ever reason people here are much less willing to do that.

Update!

The car finally tuned for break in period and maaaan did I say the engine is very smooth before? Its smoother than stock believe me.

All credits goes to Kyle@IPP for an awesome shortblock and very high accuracy rotating balance. accurate rotating balance is the key of smoothness.

Z1 urethane mounts are quiet as stock, I wish i went with solid mounts. even picky people (like me) will not notice any noise increase from these mounts.

For those who is wondering how these SPAL fans sound, I recorded a video for you guys. put your headset volum to max and yesss they sound that loud a friend of mine thought I installed jet engine:bowrofl:
