Still no refund. It's been over 3 weeks since the day Mike said they would process it. I've called 6 times and only once did I get a call back. Spoke to Sam again last Tuesday and he said that the money should show back up in my account within a couple of days. Still nothing as of today. In the time I've been waiting for my refund I've been able to order and receive a competitor's turbo kit and finish 80% of the install. How hard is it to process a simple refund?!

Let's be clear about one thing. You are only here to create drama. Nobody to this day had to fight for a refund check. It's plain and simple. We are an extremely busy place and we have a lot of stuff going on: new equipment, training, fulfilling orders and we are doing our best to take care of everyone's needs in a timely manner.

Sam saw my post and we've spoken a couple times today about the refund. He says it's being taken care of now. Apparently there was some mix up but now it should be good. I'll have to wait a couple more days to see if it goes through this time.

I would say it's more of a matter of communication and people not having their ducks in a row. This is what makes these kind of things frustrating.

I can imagine that the refund is hard to process, to be honest it seems that recently everything with GTM is hard to process, for instance I've tried to communicate via emails and PMs for weeks now, wanted to get some advice and buy some stuff. I run my own business and I definitely see the serious lack of proper client service in this case. My advice - take care about online communication or leave this sale channel because soon you may ruin your reputation here. You may have great products but people definitely choose the vendor who delivers much more comfortable customer experience, e.g. F.I or BoostedPerformance.

I just sent GTM an email to cancel my order and issue me a refund. Had a family situation come up and have to adjust fire...
