I wrote that wrong. It would go beyond waste gate pressure, but NOT beyond 7 lbs over WG spring pressure. I could never get past 14lbs boost with the HKS.

I could never get past 14lbs boost with the HKS. I ran quick at 17 lbs boost with the manual, with ability to go more. I tried every setting. This glitch doesn't apply to probably anyone but me, but it was real. Another reason they canned the short-lived EVC-S? Coop
