Very excited it is finally coming to reality... #48 (7AT build) is on its way to Fast Intentions! Had to drive in some snow but made it into Phoenix today and transport will take her from here to Cali.

You won't be disappointed!

Exit 359, the Indian trading post as you enter AZ. The other pic looks like it is just east of Flagstaff or other somewhere near Flag. They got pounded with snow last week as Flag is at 7,000' or so. Glad you made it through safely and looking forward to having another flappy paddle brother added to the family.

Outstanding looking forward to your build. Yes, I have made numerous trips on I-40 to parts east of AZ.

I got a chance to talk to Tony at a car meet today. Great guy. Can't wait to talk to him about all of the options. But this thread is amazing and great seeing what everyone's done so far.

Fi-tt-#048
"Deliverance"
FI TT #048 has just arrived from New Mexico. To keep things interesting, it's our first 370z convertible w/ 7AT trans. This build features: - FI Stage 1 GT2860 Turbos - FI Stage 1 Automatic Transmission Upgrade - FI 34 Row Oil Cooler Kit - Fast500-E Flex Fuel System - FI 3" to 2.5" Down Pipes & Exhaust System When all is said and done, it will be tuned for E-85 Flex Fuel with ECUTek. Anyone care to guess what kind of power we'll throw down? http://fastintentions.com/images/hos...eliverance.jpg - Kevin |
Mine lives.
A couple revs from our professional engine revver. The dual 3" exhaust is just sex for my ears. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpBwZbY9ELs Should have it on the dyno in the next few days. Kevin knows why :rotfl: |

Thanks for posting Kevin... I am excited the car has arrived! Hope to encourage more 7AT builds!! |

*****Fast Intentions "Twin Turbo Kit" is here*****

Vit is running our full 3" down pipes and full 3" TT-TDX exhaust system. Many of our twin turbo customers have gone this same route. - Kevin |

3" dual pipes? I didn't know F.I. made that size. I thought the biggest they went was 2.75" ... That's good to know and I'll keep that mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You are correct Blake. We have a 2.75" TT exhaust system for the G37 coupe. - Kevin |

I'm taking note's & being patient! You TT Guy's are on to something GREAT & with the Best Products & Support! it's FI or nothing for me!!! |
Finally got a break from the rain... that V8 style torque definitely gets hairy on the factory 245 tires lololol

You put that TT kit on a non-sport? |

I also do not like the Viscous LSD... replaced it on my 350. I have a Quaife in the back on my 370Z. |
So it's official... I have joined the dark side! Tony offered me all the cookies I could eat! The biggest baddest FI kit is underway! Stay tuned for updates in about 2 months... Sadly I won't be making tx2k this year but it's worth it for the power levels we are going after... These are unprecedented power levels! I can't go into much detail now but there will be updates forth coming. I will end with this teaser in our power levels we will be playing with some big HP GTRs...

Not well. I feel like I'm underpowered from a brake stand point and I have the BBK. |

For normally aspirated motors, it probably can squeeze more HP than any other non-VVEL heads, but really for forced induction, I would very much prefer either the VQ35HR or the VR38DETT heads since the difference is not worth the cost for cylinder head replacement. Also, if you wish to rev higher than 8000 rpm on a built motor, the VVEL system is a definite limiting factor. Just my opinion, that's all. |

I have physically seen VVEL hit 9k on a daily basis... BBR has one that hits 8500 and a 1000+whp
