Usually, me getting the tune out to people isn't an issue if they read the instruction manual. At the very beginning of the manual it tells you to send me the ecu information before getting started on the installation. This gives me enough time to write the tune and get it back so this way when the car is done and ready to go, they already have the tune in hand. A lot of people do skip this step and wait until the very end to ask for the tune. It usually only takes me a couple days to get the tune done, but when people are at the end, they get anxious, which is understandable.
