No, its really design for safety. Have you seen what happens to a car when its been hit at a angle? The two rails will spit apart, the factory crash beam will keep the rails from tearing apart. keep in mind the only thing up front is that beam and a plastic radiator support.
This beam will protect the intercooler, Oil cooler, Radiator, a/c condencer and you when you hit a tree head on. With out that beam your engine could land up in your lap. Just saying Last edited by SRperformance; 11-16-2012 at 11:40 AM. |
