I don't really understand the dual supercharger deal? If you don't care about being smog legal why not just do dual turbos and call it done. Seems like you're injecting

I don't really understand the dual supercharger deal? If you don't care about being smog legal why not just do dual turbos and call it done. Seems like you're injecting lots of complexity ( points of potential failure with more belts pulleys etc)? More weight more to turn more parasitic drag. Maybe I'm missing something?
It's cool from engineering standpoint but I don't get it? I'd rather see a roots type for VQ that would be cool! And I can tell you long tube headers bumped my power significantly. The stockers do not flow well. You just need to know how to tune to higher flow.
