Real Auto Dynamics built and R/T tuned built motor TT

My Twin Turbo built motor car has been through a long process getting everything together. I received my GTM stage 3 GT3071R turbo kit on May 22 and started to install it my self. Because of time and some issue's I could not complete the install my self. So I called up my friends over at Real Auto Dynamic's in Long Island N.Y to finish the install for me.

Car has the following parts.
Wiseco 10:1 custom pistons
Eagle Rods
ARP L19 Head Studs
New Stock Head gasket
Deatschwerks 850cc Injectors
CJM Motorsports Twin fuel pump
CJM fuel Return system
GTM fuel Rails
R/T Tuning fuel feed lines
HKS EVC S boost controller
Two AEM Wideband Gauges in the Cuby
DEfi Racer Series gauges Boost, Oil Temp, Oil pressure in Stock location for a OEM look
South Bend TZR Stage two clutch Rated @ 650 TQ

After a excellent install was done by the guys at Real Auto and break in miles were done on the engine. I headed down to R/T Tuning in Lansdale Pa for a tune. My single pump was running out of fuel at a little over 500whp So I left the car @ R/T tuning to have the fuel upgrades installed.

Holy poop! Awesome!

Hmm very cool but why doesn't the trq carry all the way to the end ? Not bashing just wondering.

Looking great man! Nice numbers!

I'm looking forward to seeing the results with a 3" cat-back. That should carry the torque all the way to redline.

The bottleneck of the Greddy TIC exhaust it has a 2.4 O.D that is made to connect to the stock exhaust then the rest is 2.74. This is the reason why i didnt get a big increase from 14 psi to 19psi. I am riding around on the 14 psi not even using the higher boost setting.. Once I get the 3 inch exhaust the curve should loook a lot better for both WHP and TQ not sure how flat it will look but for sure it will get better.

Thanks Mike I also expect to see the hp go way up between the two boost setting's. I do kind of wish I went with the .86 A/R instead of the .64 A/R that I have now.

Looking at the graph, I'm not terribly shocked by the difference in torque/power vs. boost. Generally, for a given turbo setup every psi will give you anther 10hp or so (all things being equal). Since you didn't quite hit that, it is apparent that the exhaust is holding you back. The torque and power curves really show that.

As far as .86 vs. .64, I'd wait until you've done the 3" cat-back. Once you've opened up that exhaust, you will see a huge difference. Seriously.

I am not changing the housing's not worth the hassle i just dont have faith in the .64 to make 700whp without me pushing them. I only have 12 psi wastegate springs.
