GTM Stage 2 TT: Engine Start Issues?

im not boosted but i noticed my car would have a hard time starting when hot with just res TP's..... i removed them and went back to stock now that

im not boosted but i noticed my car would have a hard time starting when hot with just res TP's..... i removed them and went back to stock now that hot start studder doesnt happen.

could this be something similar to yalls issue?
