I wasn't trying to be rude. When u swap pulleys you are changing belt size as well, this determines how fast the engine is spinning the SC, how can a you regulate that without changing pulleys and belts? Again not trying to be a smart***. I really don't know how to.

Develop a valve that vents when a certin boost is hit. Install it before the maf sensors

Not a bad idea, twin wastegates for a supercharger.

Thats what I was thinking because then you can always run the smaller pulley and just control the boost. No more switching pulleys and belts with a retune and being unable to regulate boost other then gas peddle

On the some 6-71 supercharger manifolds for V8's. There is a pop-off plate on the manifold. It's held in place by two springs. These springs regulate boost pressure in the maniflod. To change the boost setting. You have to change the springs to a different weighted springs. Should say that this is not a boost controller per-say. It's the last line of protection before the motor eats it's self for lunch. But I know of some people who use it as a controller. Instead of changing pulleys. They adjust spring tension. Stupid.

What torque can we expect out of this? Better than a single SC setup?

Great work and very impressive as always.

Question though, how is this better than having one single supercharger or twin turbo instead?

what you are looking for exists, it's basically just a bleeder valve so you limit peak boost:
