You should be fine with the kit. You should be fine getting the car to your tuner with the Stillen canned tune. not sure about the stillen custom tuning package

You should be fine with the kit. You should be fine getting the car to your tuner with the Stillen canned tune. not sure about the stillen custom tuning package but I am thinking that it is an UpRev tune. A reputable tuner will probably be able to do a good uprev tune.
