Laugh all you want, you made that argument, not me. "Which supercar will you beat with 100k in your Z?" Like I said, Supercars is just a classification, doesn't mean they're untouchable.

Quick question, Red: With 300k in a Z, do you think there is a production supercar in the last 3 years that could be beaten?

Sure, provided the money is spent right. And of course, depending on what you consider is a supercar.

I'm back. I hired a renderer to do a sketch of my 98 Maxima. It's gonna have six turbos and reverse osmosis supercharger. It's got a big wing and everything. They don't call it a 4-door sports car for nothing.

I made no such claim. I asked a question. They are different.

Perhaps you could have answered that question with "old, outdated ones." I would generally agree with that. You could potentially even say borderline supercars... I would agree with that as well. But fact is, you'd probably be hard pressed to even beat stuff like the gtr.

I know al invested over 1 million Canadian (approx $1.05 US (yes, aware this no longer is true (yes, uber nesting parenthesis))) in his design:stirthepot:

Really? "Borderline Supercars"? I wasn't aware that there were sub-categories withing "supercars". So it goes like "borderline supercar" "almost supercar" "could be supercar on some days" "mediocre supercar" "decent supercar" "bugatti veyron"? I guess that's pretty much how it breaks down?
So you can't agree to say that 300k into a Z could beat supercars around a track, but you CAN agree that 300k into a Z could beat "borderline Supercars" around a track, correct?
And you firmly that 300k investment into a Z couldn't beat a Gtr?

b1adesofcha0s 07-06-2011 10:07 AM

Give me $300k and I'll convince the supercar driver to let a stock Z win :icon17:

According to Top Gear there is also a hypercar category.

Your reading comprehension is awful bro.

Vinny 07-06-2011 11:07 AM

Lol. Your logic is awful, "bro".
