now i'm curious whats the inside guam offensiveness in that?(just wondering) and i'm sure it was humor/maybe a bit of anti gtm thread being a bit crazy, anger (and against new forum anti-vendor bashing rules i think)

The statement is offensive because "Joe" is a member of our armed forces stationed in Guam. Apparently he's from Indiana and I'm sure he would rather be there with his car (and his family and friends). That post is dripping with ignorance and disrespect to such a degree that it does not warrant an afterthought.

I think he probably meant Joe in the sense of "the average Joe" as opposed to specifically referencing one person.

As a GTM TT purchaser, I have to to report that MY box came with every part brand new, and wrapped safely. Anyone, including myself, would like to have the product ASAP, and I waited longer than I hoped, but it was all well-worth it.

The service beyond the sale has also been commendable. We have been in dialog getting the car 100% from 3000 miles away. Sam and the others follow up.

The most successful seller on eBay does NOT have 100% feedback. Never going to happen. But I go with the larger percentage.

Back to the original programming.

If he had waited as long as he did and got products in excellent condition. He wouldn't care. I'm sure. Just be happy to get what he'd been waiting for. Like a kid on Christmas Day.
But it was all the waiting
all the BS
getting the product looking like garbage.
Then more waiting for GTM to even respond to the problem
only after the a friends post did GTM actually call him.
First thing out of There mouth wasn't and apology.
Then proceeded to place blame someone else.
When it was clear it wasn't shipping and harsher tone was taken.
GTM "said" that they would solve the problem promptly.
However the problem wasn't promptly solved.

When the problem is solved. Another video and post will be made.:tiphat:

Looks like his wife wears the pants in that sh!tty relationship. Sam did the right thing x10000, GTM FTW! I would love to meet this Joe or Dawn in person.

No disrespect to anyone. But this thread is like beating a dead horse.

I will be making another video if I can get finished with this thread. There is more proof than you can imagine. If there was real hate.I would put the name of the person who spoke for GTM. This is just to inform. One can only keep quiet for so long. I'm hoping this thread will make GTM get on there A game. You don't take someone's money. Give them garbage then instead of apologizing first say"**** happens" or "No one will believe you,My word against yours" Then take your sweet time to fix the problem.

There is no priority mail to Guam via USPS. That was already clearly stated. FFS it's March 10th, and Guam is on the other side of the planet. It's going to take more than 5 days. "Joe" is receiving new parts, and GTM has stepped up to the plate. Yet here you are, a 3rd party, no less... swinging away for no reason. Surely "Joe" can post for himself.

Any videos of phone conversations you may have wouldn't prove anything. Who even thinks of videotaping phonecalls in the first place? Sorry. Not buying it.

GTM screwed up by sending out bad parts. Should have never happened, and that's a definite bad mark on their record. However, they are rectifying the situation as best they can, considering the customer lives in Guam. That's a good mark on their record.

For those that want to really see where Guam is:

guam - Google Maps

Being where he is, Joe can't possibly expect things to be rectified overnight. He probably doesn't... but you're here posting this for some reason... yeah... ok.

LOL. Kauai is nice, but Maui's track is getting a new surface. I'm so jealous. My friend and I were thinking about making a trip over to run his (my old) 240.
