Incorrect, there are two things:
Speed limiter
Rev limiter

The 155 limiter is your speed limiter and you have a 7500 RPM limiter. Removing the top speed limiter will keep the 7500RPM limiter.

Rev Limiter and Speed Limiter and not interconnected.

I have reset mine to 8100 rpm and 300km.
