Seriously though, I thought by having the installation manual, I could show them to my mechanic/tuner and have them provide a quote based on it.

call sam he will give it to you, i am sure of it. I asked stillen for a copy of theres since my Buddy wasn't sure which kit he wanted, and they never replied back to me. So he is going to go with the GTM kit. Hours of installation I want to say is 12, so take your mechanics hourly rate and x it by 12 that should give you a good idea of labor cost.
