GTM Performance Engineering Stage 1 Turn key Supercharger kit In house Installation.
 

We are please to announce the commencement of the in house installation for the GTM stage 1 turn key supercharger kit. This in house install appointment was set while back right after our press release of the kit. the date was set way further down the road so no matter what delays or challenges could come up, will have plenty of time to address them . will Murphy's law came in play and we did not plan on the Cast intake foundry to run behind schedule. Since our customer was coming from Canada and his vacation in California was planed around this install we felt obligated to keep the install date and some how find an alternative solution for the supercharge intake that we are still waiting on . Also by producing the intake peace in house while we are still waiting on the cast peace we cans start shipping thees kits out. So our team went to work and was able to reproduce the intake, it is still a very time consuming process and we are still trying to find a way to simplify it.

We have scheduled several installs in the next couple weeks so we can finalize our instructions and also this way we can create some good technical discussion about the product which will help answer any questions for those who will be attempting an DYI. So will be updating the whole proses from start to finish.

Here is our first car it is a 2009 infiniti g37 with the 7spd AT, the car had the flowing mods

-FI long tube headers
-FI Cat back exhaust
-Short Ram air intake

And it is getting the following

-GTM STAGE 1 SUPERCHARGER KIT (TURN KEY)
-GTM OIL COOLER
-GTM TRANS COOLER
-HKS CAMP II SYSTEM

But I will be patient and wait till the fellow Albertan and Sam's shop gets the job done and presents the finished product to the forum.

In for results, also isn't 270hp/230tq seem a little low considering his mods?

My base line was between 260 to 265 rwhp (sae) bone stock on my 370z 7 AT.
after I added the stillen headers, berk cats, Stillen G 3 and a pulley change it made 310 Sae or 320.1 actual RWHP.

In for more, car looks good. :D

I see your beast too! I just dont see my baby :p... I miss my car already! I drive a freaking truck all day that has a v8 and no acceleration :(. I cant wait for everything to be ready on my build to post the thread. Sam and team are surely working to the bone!!! I give these guys madd Props!!! Looks like he went for the egt. sensor and a fuel press. sensor for the HKS Camp 2. So does the intake cast mold come black or silver? The mold on the yellow Z was silver but maybe due to it being a proto.
Can't wait to see more Sam. You truely are a pioneer in this industry.

Will these fit the G37 Sedan as well or are will the kit need tweaking?

No tweaking is required, the kit will bolt up . the only difference between the sedan and the coupe kit is ICC sensor bracket.

Sam, the compressor housing and supercharger intake we see here are not the final, finished pieces from the foundry? Do you expect that kits will eventually ship with the pieces from the foundry?

So i just talked to Sam @ Gtm about getting a supercharger for my 370z.So let me start off by saying that i have never talk to a person (Sam) of a high quality shop that gave me the respect of just carrying a conversation about things off topic but still related to cars.So i really want to get a supercharger for my car bad and talking to Sam made me want one even more. But the moral of my short story is that you can really tell the quality of a company on how they treat there customers and the quality of there product and i think we can all tell the quality of there product just by looking at some videos of there work.When you spend the kind of money it takes to get something nice for your car(SUPERCHARGER) you want to fell comfortable in your purchase and the people you are dealing with and GTM motorsports does a very good job at that so thanks again Sam for speaking with me. why does it take so long i thought it was a 10 hour job.

We are Installing more then just a supercharger kit, we have to deal with a full camp II package with all sensors, both oil and trans cooler install as well. If this was only a supercharger install we would have been done by now . also the car has the tech package witch add a little more time to the install. here is few pics of the latest progress .
