Do the downpipes w/external wastegates make much of a difference in power when talking about a stage 2 TT kit?

Did it have a front camber kit? Also, what were the front/rear camber settings if available?

No camber kit on the front. Fronts were around 2 degrees negative and the rears were 2.2-2.3 negative respectively.
