Well.. From my understanding, there was no necessity to post this on a forum.. maybe only after the dispute has been cleared. so you might take a loss there. But

Well.. From my understanding, there was no necessity to post this on a forum.. maybe only after the dispute has been cleared. so you might take a loss there.
But regardless, just go ahead with your action. It is evident that you have suffered a loss through (whether that be negligence, wilful conduct) you have every right to launch a legal action.. either on tortious or contractual grounds.
