And btw, you are treading on very dangerous ground posting this in a Public Forum. If your attorney is as "high-powered" as you claim, I'm amazed that she would condone such behavior.

This belongs in a courtroom, not here. If you are proven wrong, expect to lose a schitload of money. Good luck.
