HKYStormFront 04-06-2010 07:27 PM

super impressive work john, i can't believe how factory that car looks. so sleeper!!

RCZ 04-06-2010 07:36 PM

haha made it look so easy. Hows the auto tranny holding up to the power?

Zsteve 04-06-2010 07:41 PM

hey that looks like my car but I just donr seem to feel the power, may have to come by and do the ole switcharoo.

bullitt5897 04-06-2010 07:54 PM

Berry nice! :D

Well at least this lets me know it IS possible to TT the 7AT. Now to start the long process of saving!

Is the customer happy with the numbers as they stand now, or are they looking for a goal?

I've used 500HP as a good mark for myself, or is that to unrealistic for the 7AT?

Diocletian 04-06-2010 08:08 PM

I would strongly suggest a valve body, torque converter, and transmission cooler upgrade before doing any 'spirited' driving in it. I'm sure the auto could take it stock but it's reliability is going to be greatly reduced under load.

CBRich 04-06-2010 08:17 PM

So how difficult is removing the radiator support and other front end parts?

B1nks 04-06-2010 10:10 PM

I would like to know the cost of the whole shebang, parts and labor. Also how long did the install take ?

fairladyZ34 04-06-2010 10:13 PM

yay! TTa7:tup:

Viera 04-06-2010 10:26 PM

Sick stuff, bro!

Red370 04-06-2010 10:39 PM

He is very happy with the numbers at the moment. He even asked me to see how it did when paddle shifting and yeah no traction at all in second gear. No one knows the limits of the 7AT at the moment hopefully it will last a while.

That's the easy part.

fstrnldr 04-06-2010 11:58 PM

my question is why did you take the core support out?

We were test fitting other products we are working on while it was down.

fstrnldr 04-07-2010 09:12 AM

That makes a lot more sense.

Cross my fingers for ya. Looks great!

jmlenz 04-07-2010 12:52 PM

yeah you made that look waaaaaaay too easy haha! 456whp on 7AT on stock exhaust and cats! thats impressive. Probably an easy +30whp with 3" TBE.

CrownR426 04-07-2010 02:20 PM

Nice pics.
Car is a sleeper for sure!

terbo 04-07-2010 04:59 PM

It uses a custom GTM/Uprev reflash.

ATL_Red_G35 04-07-2010 06:02 PM

Saw this car in person this past Thursday at the V meet. Super stealthy and sleeper. Good job Z1 team.

terbo 04-07-2010 07:04 PM

At what RPM are you all seeing full boost?

Z eliminator 04-08-2010 08:26 AM

Are the factory cats still on the car?

Chris@FsP 04-15-2010 11:14 AM

People walk right past it here and never think twice about it. Even sitting at idle or driving at part throttle you've got no indication of what it's capable of just looking at it. Pretty awesome IMO.

JB-370z 04-18-2010 06:10 PM

How long did it take yall to do the install???
Videos?????
Most people that have turbos in the 370 dont take videos and dont plan on doing so any time soon so I am just wondering if this car fall into this category?

i recently had my rhd done with the same kit, but still hasnt been tuned yet, but just wondering are their and value body upgrades or torque converter aviable?

Z eliminator 04-25-2010 10:19 AM

I waiting for the tranny upgrades but nothing is out there yet
