When is Stillen going to comment on this. I know josh said a detailed write up was coming. I am glade they got it figured out though and stood by there customers. Also I think that it is wonderful they comped in 100 dollors to cover the chage to install the new pully.
+1 for stillen just curious as to what Josh and kyle have to say to what caused the problem Frank |

Thanks phimosis for the update hope they figure this out. Kinda a bummer they released this kit and now they have to go back and change things to make it right. I also wish they where more vocal to us about whats going on instead of the secrecy. Seems like damage control to me

Hey Guys,
Just want to clarify that we're working directly with the customer's on this. Tomnavone, I encourage you to call or email us directly, we have been extremely busy the past couple of weeks and we're only going to be getting busier as the week goes on and I have to leave Thursday morning for Zcon. However, we have a full support staff here at all times, Josh and I are only two teeth in the gear of around 100 employees at STILLEN. If you call in you will be able to speak with us or someone else directly and get updates immediately, information comes to the forum last. For example, Phimosis and I discussed (at length) a lot of his concerns and our plans to remedy those points through email last week. Unfortunately we have not had much time to post on the forums but you can guarantee that we are not going to let our customer's go without answers. Please, call or email us directly, it is the best way to get answers quickly. |

i was hoping u would call the shop that did the install like u said u would last week and explain the promblems with them since they did the install

To use a public forum to inform others of a companies bad performance is ok, IF after you tried to communicate with them directly with no or bad results. I'm pretty sure that Stillen has more than you for a customer and will contact and communicate with you in a reasonable amount of time. Give them opportunity to address your concerns by communicating with them in an appropriate manner. CALL Stillen as directed by Kyle and communicate your concerns and work with them to get things worked out. Best of luck. |

Tomnavone is clearly using the forum as a way to pressure Stillen into getting things done quickly. It's not going to. I'm sure their engineers are working as hard as they can to get this done. Instead you are giving them another headache to worry about. If you really just wanted answers you would call and find out, not post on a public forum about it.

yes there have been calls placed between myself and my shop to stillen but no new tune an reasons why im not getting the results that they had advertised. My shop sent over my dyno yesterday cause stillen asked to look at it. Today i took my car back to the shop for them to check out the service engine light. My a/f is off and thowing the ecu off.
