I think what Kyle is trying to tell you is to CALL him. This is a public forum and the right thing to do is to contact Stillen direct and work things out. This is not the appropriate avenue with which to communicate your concerns during this process. To use a public forum to inform others of a companies bad performance is ok, IF after you tried to communicate with them directly with no or bad results. I'm pretty sure that Stillen has more than you for a customer and will contact and communicate with you in a reasonable amount of time. Give them opportunity to address your concerns by communicating with them in an appropriate manner.

CALL Stillen as directed by Kyle and communicate your concerns and work with them to get things worked out.

Best of luck.

I couldn't disagree more strongly. This is what Josh posted:

Now to me, that means WE'LL CONTACT YOUR SHOP.. You would think that problems with a new kit like this would get TOP priority and Josh would have called that day or the next. The ball was dropped and now a few people are trying to blame the kit owner for his communication style. Sorry, that doesn't fly.

Tomnavone is clearly using the forum as a way to pressure Stillen into getting things done quickly. It's not going to. I'm sure their engineers are working as hard as they can to get this done. Instead you are giving them another headache to worry about. If you really just wanted answers you would call and find out, not post on a public forum about it.

yes there have been calls placed between myself and my shop to stillen but no new tune an reasons why im not getting the results that they had advertised. My shop sent over my dyno yesterday cause stillen asked to look at it. Today i took my car back to the shop for them to check out the service engine light. My a/f is off and thowing the ecu off.

I spent upwards of $10,000 on installing this kit with some extra goodies with the expectations my car would get close to the results that they advertised. Im am not the only one that has voiced my disappointment about this kit not living up to the advertised results. Stillen releases a kit after they have told us how much testing they have done and how reliable this kit is only to change the tune 4 times and change the pully.

OK? So did everyone else. If I have a problem with a company's product I call them to get it fixed, not post angry questions on a forum and then get mad when you don't get answers immediately. They are being upfront and taking care of everyone that had any kind of problems...just give them a call...I'm sure they would be happy to update you.

I should be quiet about my results and promblems with this kit and keep them from everyone on the forum thats thinking about getting this kit? While u go ahead and tell everyone how great your results where? You are the only one that i have seen on this forum and others including the g37 forums that has got the results that stillen has advertised. They have been called. im just sharing my expierence with this kit that wasnt ready to be released, with other people on the forum.

Tom, I think the point is not whether or not you've called in the past. Using the forum as a bitching vehicle is more the point.

i was under the impression that this thread is to talk about the stillen supercharger good or bad and share questions and results that some of us have.
