What's the benefit of putting a thermal coating on your intercooler? I thought the point of thermal coating was to keep the heat in, hence why people put them on turbo components and headers. Wouldn't that negate the purpose of having an intercooler (heat exchanger)?
Is this a different type of coating?

ECE matters in any country of the european community - if we can pass it through german TUV I doubt Belgium wouldn't accept it. But wasn't Belgium the "Wild West" for tuning in Europe?

It's illegal here as well no matter how many certifications and stickers you put on it
You just have to know the right people and not attract unwanted attention on the roads
