So for a daily driver car you will be just fine .

Hope I'm not the only one who doesn't understand this chart. Can someone explain how to interpret this?

Great work.

Will this fit Right Hand Drive cars to you think? Are there going to be any major obstacles in regards to fitment? Im sure there will be alot of ppl in the UK/Auz/japan who would be interested in this

regards

Jamie

We have dealt with that in our turbo kit so we know all bout it, so yes Our supercharger kit will fit on a right hand drive car

Engine rpm right hand column
Injector latency/ engine load / etc etc (which ever software you are using ) - top row
Cross ref fuel targets - down and right 14:7.1 = 1 Lambda (leaner) 11:5.1 = richer.
ECU uses front o2 sensor in closed loop to adjust fuel trims to make target, generally ECU's will have switch over points from closed loop to open loop , usually open loop will be the meatier fueled/higher load areas of the map.
Generally you will run leaner fuel, obviously for idle, partial throttle, cruise loads etc, then have a smooth transition in high load areas to make best power safely, tuners usually throw a little more fuel in at higher rpm on higher load cells to help with knock retention.

Basic but should help.

I beleive the Z fueling algorithm is more of a CL system for all, from my experience it seems to hit target pretty well.

Heres an edit from my turbo charged E85 running vehicles fuel map, this one uses rpm and direct engine load for cell target fueling, hope this makes things clearer, this ECU did have a deddicated switch point from CL to OL fueling.

Heres is stock rom in COBB format for the Z, this is Lambda based not AFR , same theory though.

Back on track - Sam that install rate and timeline is very resonable, seems like a real sound product here. good job

To make the process a little easier we added the supercharge kit to our website with the giving the option to chose between black or blue couplers, powder coating the piping and Thermo coating on the intercooler

Here is a link

and some pics of the piping and the intercooler coating

As a gauge to compare against, what time do you quote to install a full Vortech kit on a 350z?

What's the benefit of putting a thermal coating on your intercooler? I thought the point of thermal coating was to keep the heat in, hence why people put them on turbo components and headers. Wouldn't that negate the purpose of having an intercooler (heat exchanger)?

Is this a different type of coating?
