Default 370z A2A supercharger boost issue. At dyno run

Hello, a2a mode in Korea. I abandoned the Uprev and came to Ecutek. When running dyno , WOT, the boost is sometimes 14.5 psi, but sometimes 13.5 psi. What's the problem? My setting is 9lb pulley+turbo guard. And Ecutek Hybrid with omni 4bar Map Sensor.

What the hell's wrong with you? Bov problem? Belt slip? As shown in the video, the boost leak at 6400 rpm. At this time, the boost is 13.5 psi. however,When the boost rises to 7300 rpm, it is 14.5 psi.

I’m not too sure what the exact question is here, but it makes sense for you to see an increase in boost from 6400 to 7300 rpm. It won’t be consistent throughout the rev range.

As to how you’re making 14.5 psi with a 9 psi pulley, I’m not sure…

I'm pulling the throttle and I can hear the boost leaking. I don't know why.

The bov opens at 6000 rpm while pulling the throttle. Is it because I mounted the hose 1/4 inch in diameter?

The blue curve looks pretty perfect for a boost curve. Doesn’t look like the BOV is opening?

What did you change between red and blue curves?

Nothing else has been done, the blow-off valve will open between 6000 and 6400 rpm while the throttle is being pulled and will show a red curve.

I’d take apart your BOV and make sure it is operating properly. Oil it up if necessary. What BOV do u have?

Confirm that your hoses are routed correctly without any leaks.

Looks like belt slip to me. Simple way to test this is just hit it with some belt conditioner which is a short term band aid fix but it will grip enough for a day to determine if its belt related or not. And will cost $3 and 5 minutes.

Okay. Last year, I got Top Gunz Anti-Slip Pulley, and I'll try it this time

The anti slip pulley you have is for the serpentine side. The belt slip could be on the supercharger side. I never had belt slip issues on the serpentine side, only the supercharger side. Look closely at the bracket around the pulley areas, you'll see belt dust if you're getting belt slip
