Off the top of my head there's 3 things you should do/check first: Temporarily take off your intake to ensure that's not the issue Get the subaru timing belt idler

Off the top of my head there's 3 things you should do/check first:

Temporarily take off your intake to ensure that's not the issue
Get the subaru timing belt idler pulley for extra serp belt tension
Measure your jackshaft and supercharger pulleys to ensure they're correctly sized
