i thought this thread was supposed to be.......hmmmmmmmm.........if i may be allowed to venture......hmmmmmmm about TT kit........................ hmmmmmmmmmmm

right? ........................

$hit, when compared to GTM SC kit thread or most of other threads, this thread has gone south.......... nothing constructive nor productive.......

i just dont know why they have made this second thread.........could have just continued on with the first.............no major change or enlightenment, except for "looked retarded, acted retarded, [but] not retarded."

LOL..I wish.

It ended up at 470RWHP. I guess the 3"exhaust was the way to go for top-end HP. I haven't seen a dyno yet, just what Mike has told me.

Black370ZTT 03-09-2010 03:02 PM

Thats still a good amount though..470 is a healthy number hopefully its back in your hands soon and maybe you can drive this good :driving:

Pick up scheduled for Friday! It will be soon!!! How's the weather in MD. You been driving your black beauty lately?

Black370ZTT 03-09-2010 03:13 PM

Yeah past 3 days have been what I consider hot now a days at a mere 60 degrees lol. But its running smooth, no problems. hows the weather in st.louis? hopefully driveable. And did the car have any miles on it or did you ship it fresh

FuszNissan 03-09-2010 03:28 PM

300 Miles on it when shipped up there. Weather has been good for the past couple of days 55ish

Arent you supposed to put a certain number of miles on it prior to doing any kind of work to allow the engine break in time?

I don't believe in the break in period. Don't flame.

Example, my last Z went through break in period and had a new engine put in at 1900 miles. I never reached 7000 RPM's once.

The way cars are built now and tested, I don't see the point. Each to his own.

Oh no flame here, when it comes to that, I'm not an expert, I'd just heard it and thought it was true...

FuszNissan 03-09-2010 03:46 PM

It's recommended, just like Ester Oil.

I bet you've heard a lot of other stuff, too, huh? Do you think that's all true? I bet you think the unicorn blood is real, right? Don't you? Well it is. But other things, yeah, other things aren't quite so true.
