Safe amount of HP for stock engine?

I am right there with you man... Like I am a sarcastic @$$hole, but rarely run my mouth in a serious way... hook me up with that font when you get it.. I can see it now "Sarcismo" or maybe just "Sarcasm" would work.. and Sam I guess I need to admit that after I re-read my statement to you, I can see how I might of came off the wrong way... shoulda added a or something to that effect lol my bad.

Semi-on-topic: How can I put 20 psi to my Z? .........lol jk sorry there's that sarcasm again. but for real: I'm a newb and I know this is a dumb question but I just want to know if I understand this right... If I lower the compression on my engine to go some sort of F.I. route the purpose is to make it safer to run boost/more boost/lots of boost? and when you lower compression on a N/A engine, will it lower horsepower (without F.I.)?

Yes it will, when you lower compression you running at a less Volumetric Efficiency basically.
