The best shop in CA for Z's is Specialty Z but you're a little far away for them unless you want to make the drive. Even if they don't do the maintenance on your car, Specialty Z (Sebastian) should do the tune (remotely). By the way, I've been responding to your posts on facebook (Patrick).
