Hold a 24 pack of Miller Lite with no issues!

With the level of detail you put into this setup, I was hoping I just missed it.

Can I ask what lift you have there? I like the 4 post full length ramp style. Looks like it will fit in a low ceiling scenario also

I have 9 foot ceilings in my garage and this gives me enough room to work on my roll around stool very comfortably!

I would advise you like someone else earlier. Regardless of going E85 later or not, go with the 450 pump. The best thing for you is that you have that lift at the house. If you had every box stacked in a corner you and your son could start on a Friday and be running base map log runs Sunday afternoon. Also consider the filter relocation that Sasha came up with. It's easier on a new build because you probably won't mind taking the passenger header off to install the motor mount. You'll thank yourself the first time you have to clean a filter.

I went with methanol injection due to lack of e85 locations ...you could look into that as well

You may either purchase a bigger one or have CJ's twin pump and run a staggered setup like mine. This allows you to activate your second pump when changing fuel to E. The advantage is car won't run rich as compared with using too much bigger single fuel pump to run pure gas. Since you have't got it so why not doing it once for all? You won't need to spend twice in replacing it with a bigger one or twin pump if you decide to run E85 in the future IMO.

I have run meth inject, octane booster, and E so I have four maps in my car right now. I have to tell you that the problem with meth inject is it may fail and your tuning becomes no longer reliable under the circumstances. Using octane booster such as Torco or Race Gas is another way to go if you can't find any close stations supplying E. Based on the results I got in my car, going the E route is the best.

yeah for 500+hp stock block go e85 for sure, much safer

As with anything there is potential for a failure... I run the meth with a solenoid connected to my AFR gauge ... if it hits a lean condition it opens the wastegates to drop boost down to below meth kicks in...I also do regular inspection to it and try to catch any issues before hand ... but that should be done with any boosted Z ....... that’s probably about as safe as you can make it

Put in the Brainiac tablet kit, Stillen short throw shifter, shifter cup, and MTEC springs today. Also painted the shifter bezel to match my paint job on the brainiac kit.

How was it working with the Brainiac kit? Is the tablet & amp a suitable stereo replacement? Need to install mine when I get back home. A little worried about leaving the tablet battery in the heat and was considering removing it first. Have you had any issues with the setup?

So far the only issue I have, is that the tablet wants to die after a few days of sitting. I need to figure out how to set up better battery management when the tablet is off (i'm new to Samsung). So, I made a 1/16" hole in the corner of the insert so I could stick a finishing nail in to turn it back on after it dies (no one notices unless i say something)(can you spot it in the pics?). They are supposed to be coming up with a fix for that. but I wasn't waiting. :rofl2:

Now, with that being said you have to have the Brainiac app or you cant use the tablet, since you can't get to the buttons. They did a good job with the app and answer questions very quickly if you have any.

Also, make sure you run a filter of some kind. The audio sounds terrible when the car is running if you don't!!!!

I used the Kenwood amp since that BOSS one is junk!

Hi there, just saw your 1/4 mile video and scanned through your list. If you are planning on using your clutch aggressively, you may want to add ZSpeed CMAK (eliminates OEM Clutch Slave Cylinder). The OEM CSC will leave you stranded at some point.

I plan on going with the stage 3 kit and delete on ZSpeed's site.

I might just take a look to see what I have first since I don't know what the previous owner put in the car. I was just told "aftermarket flywheel" so I'm not sure why someone would upgrade the flywheel and not the put a better than stock clutch.

The boosted performance kit doesnt allow clearance for the cmak..I think Sasha redesign it for that but I’m not sure if he released that version yet but you can use Zspeed HD slave cylinder as well
