Default getting a hesitation when letting off on the clutch

I have a stillen Super Charged 370z and I've been having a weird hesitation/sputter when letting off the clutch. I stored the car for winter and had it tuned shortly before. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Here's a short clip I cut out of a longer video of the problem. https://photos.app.goo.gl/gLdZavpzHRaALxn87

edit: do you guys think I should hook my laptop up to uprev and see if anything comes up on it. I've only really used uprev once and had no clue what I was looking at.

I'd try cleaning the MAFs. A real easy job. Might not be your problem but clean MAFs are good MAFs.

Thanks for the suggestion but MAF and throttle body were cleaned while replacing the spark plugs. Its really weird because it only does it when letting the clutch out.

Maybe the gas has gotten old. Run the tank down close to empty and fill up with some fresh gas.

already did that too. I work at a dealership and used stabilizer and started the car every weekend to drive it around a mile during winter time. I only get gas only from shell with 91 octane(93 not available in CO). As much as I hate blaming someone that worked on the car, I really think this might be a tuning issue. I had it tuned at z1 in GA and moved to CO and had it retuned.

I was thinking of seeing if Seb could tune it but he doesnt tune uprev, only ecutek
