I used to work with inconel. It's not easy to work with. Most machinists hate it.

Can you make me a exhaust. Considering a 718 gt4 porsche inconel exhaust is $4,000 I would pay similar price for a 3.5 downpipe and turn down

It would cost you about $20 grand for me to make it.

Doesn’t hurt to ask folks.

Just got off the phone with Mazworx. Heads are done, bearings are on the way. Motor should be finished up this month.

Rusty 01-04-2021 11:10 AM

If you still want inconel exhaust manifolds. This is the way to go.

G series turbo. Having Seb figuring what size best suits my needs. Converting over to the V band.

Elmo370z 01-20-2021 09:40 AM

So the god has spoken. G35-900 with a 1.01 ar. Hopefully I can get the manifold converted over to a v band to accept the turbo.

You got to be getting super close...

How you getting it to the shop? Picking it up yourself or having them come get it?

Shipping it. LOL The price is very reasonable.

JARblue 01-25-2021 08:23 PM

Is it even street legal? lol

Duh. I know my place in the racing world. I don’t have the funds to maintain and compete with unlimited budgets. It’s still far from done.

Yes as Spooler stated. Shipping isn’t expensive at all.

I’m already there , I’m slow, poor, and under behind in technology for racing.

I would think that you'd have their number in your list of contacts. Legit calls on my phone show with Caller ID, spam ones are just location. I never answer those.

I just look for orlando area code. I should save the number

Elmo370z 01-28-2021 06:32 PM

Been so long I forgot what parts are on the 3 pallets.

Elmo370z 01-28-2021 06:39 PM

If I don’t get an email or call by mid February, I’ll have to see what’s the hold up. I hoping to catch the last few weeks of good racing weather. Maybe I’ll be able to squeeze a time attack event in. Debating on twin oil cooler set up, to be able to run in the hotter months. Selling my soho catch can set up, and get a custom
Breather set up.

You telling me. When I spoke with him I was like “I don’t care now, take your time getting everything right, I just wanted to know if the rod bearings came in”, he said he already put together.

Yep, they got so many jobs to complete their not about to let your motor collect any dust now that they have all the parts. Good for you and here is to smooth sailing the rest of the way.

Hot Shot's Secret also has a bio racing oil as well. I use their products for my truck. There a lot of "racing oils" being produced now by many reputable companies.

I wonder if we could get 6 people interested in a group buy for a fancy looking billet transmission bracket design by Phunk. “Would it be any benefit over oem”? NOPE 2.) “Would it be lighter” IT MIGHT BE. 3.) “Will cost a stimulus check” YUP ($500). “Will it look dope as faq everytime your car is on jack stand” YUP! This is a thought that crossed my mind. Anyone down?

JARblue 02-07-2021 10:07 AM

Tell him to make a proper diff brace that works with finned covers and FI-style exhaust canisters as well. I'm always down to give my money to Phunk
