Default Boost by ECU with Ecutek question

Quick question, I ran a Greddy EBC before and I'm switching over to ECU boost control. I'm good on the wastegates but I'm a bit confused on the route from the charge pipe since I now leave the top of the wastegates open tob atmosphere. Help a boosted brother out. Here's my EBC diagram and let me know what to change. I know port two now goes to the sides, so I just run from charge pipe to port three now? Makes sense but I have a habit of making stuff go boom therefore I verify these days.

Solenoid
PORT 1 = vented to atmosphere
PORT 2 = Lower WG ports
PORT 3 = Charge pipe

WG
TOP = Vented to atmosphere
LOWER = to PORT 2
