Faulty Stillen Throttle Body extension cable?

After not driving my 2016 Supercharged 370 Nismo for 2 week, it threw up an Error Code 1233 Just after stating up the Car, cleared the Error Code and within a mile or so threw up Error Code 1239 and went into limp mode, cleared this and then a few miles later threw up another 1239 Error Code and went into limp mode again. A few days later drove around 150miles without a problem.

Removed the Stillen Throttle Body extension cable today and did and tested each pin/cable which gave a resistance of 0.3ohms.

Any ideas? Is it the Stillen Throttle Body extension cable which is faulty or something else?
