Nah I think he was stressing out about the other issues that was going on at the time lol since he is the only one working on the car the entire time

But guess what though?

My car should be ready to fire up tomorrow, the A2A kit is on now, the new engine is swapped in, brand new VVEL's are in (just need to do the proper procedure for brand new ones), the new tires needa be swapped onto there (305/35/19) MT Street tires, fresh o2 sensors, bumper, headlights, and all necessary fluids.

After that it should be good to go. FINALLY the WAIT is OVER!

What did you do about your pulley situation?

We ended up taking Topz advice and scrapping the 3.47 (putting it aside and not using it atm) and just sticking with the stock 3.2" that was already on there paired with the 3.0 and the stock idler.

He said it would bring in 13 psi or so, so I'm happy with that.
And he said if I wanted to later, I could change out the idler pulley on the SC side for a 3.0" one, and put a 2.85" with the 3.0" and it would still be okay too.

That route or if I wanted power instantly I could just remove the current filter and put a turbo guard and make 16psi but I would only do that for extreme cases like if I wanted to feel it one time or take it to the drag strip lol

I'm just so happy right now that the car is finally done tomorrow lol

I'm going to upload some pictures of the process as it was being put together, the A2A kit and such.
I will also update the timeline on my thread just so I can document what happened when it happened.

I'm running the 2.85 and I'm seeing 12.86psi. Looking forward to seeing your results.

Hmm well. I don't know. Maybe I won't hit 13psi then because I thought smaller pulleys bring in more boost? xD

I also have the full 928 SC upgrade with the HSS bearings (x2) and the 928 impeller, an idler pulley on the serpentine side to eliminate any belt slip (thing is extremely tight now).

We'll see! And I'm running on 91 octane.

Maybe the 928 impeller will get you there. I don't know how it compares to the Si trim I'm running. Running 91 octane you're going to be really limited on how much boost you can run. Seb had to pull a bunch of timing on my 91 tune. I'm not making any more hp on my 91 tune with the 2.85 but I gained 45 more on e85. I'm making 114 more hp on e85 than I am on 91.
