Default Trouble shooting boost problem

What's up guys,
Ran into my first problem after 2 years almost 3.
Hoping to get some ideas on where to start. Here's my build.

08 g37s coupe.
Rods and pistons
BP kit with upgraded 6766 turbo 1.43 ar housing.
Cjm 1.5 RFS system.
Ecutek

Making a 400 mile round trip car was running fine. Hitting full boost no problem. Soon as I get off highway car makes no boost. Running pig rich. Sounds like a wrx.
Where should I start? Coupler? Plugs? Turbo?
Turbo has about 15k miles on it. Got home fine just running really rich. At idle, runs fine.

Thanks for the suggestions and advice!

+1 ...I would look at the couplings around the steering knuckle ....if it is closer to the throttle bodies car would prolly shut off ....or at least It did when it came off the throttle body on mine

Actually I was mistaken. Car seems to be running lean. Dips to 15-17s afr while cruising.

This happened to me once on my boosted S2000 , it was a spark plug that came loose after a hard run. Apparently I under torqued it.
