Oil cooler is out 2-3 weeks still. Going to start with 3” pulley. Want to enjoy it for a while before going crazy. Usually get 3-4k back at taxes but wife’s taxes set us back many thousands so I’ll go bigger when I feel like I have money again, or when I lose to a german car. Guy locally having a bad experience with a built block so I need some more faith in that process before I start challenging my motor to pop

I pmed you in case you're interested in a full return fuel kit. Modified Fuel pump basket with ae340 fuel pump, full return kit, flex fuel sensor, modified fuel rail feeder tube to fit A2A setup. Sorry if my pm came out of nowhere.

Whats the price on the CJM S1-SE return system you are willing to rid of?

I was thinking about holding off on boosting the z and grabbing a 2nd vehicle for a daily but im really thinking about getting this kit.
Im curious to what you guys would recommend need to be done to the motor to hold this power reliably.

Got most of my kit figured out and mostly mocked up yesterday, will finish when hangover wears off. Two questions that came up were—is there supposed to be a gasket under the clamp that holds the TiAl on to the T pipe? That seems like it’d leak—is there a part #? Also noticed the width of the 2.85” and 3” pulleys were slightly different, does that matter with which belt I use? Or I just imagine use whichever ribs is most level with the rest of the pulleys

The Tial does not need a gasket/o-ring.

In that picture you have the one stillen 9psi pulley (7rib) that goes on the serpentine and the 3.2" pulley (8rib) that goes on the supercharger. You need to put the 8 rib on the back of the head unit and the other one can be swapped with the 8psi pulley (silver) that came on the kit.

Thanks. So there’s 3 total 45deg couplers. Do I have this right? Blue to blower, shorter 45(SH-275-90) to back throttle body, and bigger 45 degree intercooler-charge pipe?

MAP sensor that came with the innovate is different looking out of the box at least. All I have left is I need to check the fuel pump housing before I can order a RFS since I have an earlier model G37 I may have the 350/G35 housing or 370z housing. Talked to Seb, hoping to have this on and doing the tunes in a couple weeks/by second week of May.

You have it right in the picture, just not in your verbage. There is technically only 1 45* coupler. It goes 60* (Blue) to 45* (IC) to 90* (rear TB).

Ordered RFS from CJM. Now the waiting game. What are people’s thoughts on thermal wrapping the charge pipe? Worth it do wrap it while I wait or a waste of time/counterproductive?

Doubt there’s any benefit. The major reason for wrapping is to protect other stuff from the heat. The hot side on a turbo setup for example. There isn’t enough heat on that side to worry about much.
