I've viewed centrifugal supercharges as a middle-ground between positive-displacement superchargers and turbo chargers... Both in terms of how they apply boost and where... In a sense...and I'm being very general

Both in terms of how they apply boost and where... In a sense...and I'm being very general with this, I see it as a worst of both worlds...but still better than no boost!
