Gentlemen, I will get back to all that sent PM's in the next few days.
As for the COMP turbos, the come with a full 1 year warranty, and turn around on any warranty work has been nothing but superbly fast, with two-day air reruns to customers. I have honestly never dealt with a manufacturer that has better service than COMP. There are about 30 of them out there on Z cars, without a single issue. As for a heat shield, I'd like to get my hands on a passenger side OEM exhaust manifold so I can see what can be done ... I have some ideas floating around.
