If they haven't started the tune work after two months I would cancel the work order and take the car to Specialty Z asap. This place sounds sketchy based on what you're telling us so far. I wouldn't feel comfortable with their services especially the tuning aspect. Seb will probably have to check out their work to make sure things were done properly before he tunes it.
