I F@kin knew it!!!!! Look at where the ears are on yours to the rear of the intercooler. Mine are mounted dead center instead.:shakes head: Sasha I don't hold you at all in this. It's pretty apparent the folks that put the IC together did'nt follow your intsructions.

Yup. Those guys at Treadstone really get things screwed up often. When I ordered my kit from Sasha the bolt holes were way off..from Treadstone. Had to go buy carbide bits to get through the hardened steel to make new holes.

I'm using them on the A2A kits and am not impressed with them. They have a hard time shipping orders on time.

Granted, their products are pretty Damn impressive in the field.

Had to resize phone pics so you can see what I'm dealing with here. Again my thought is to add a 1.5 to 2in square bar of aluminum to each mount and get extended screws. Outside of having a new mount welded to the IC which I really don't want to be caught up in tomorrow that's all I can think of. Looks like the ears on the IC should've been towards the rear and not in the center of the ends.

yeeeeeah, that's not even close
I'd be sending that ish back to Treadstone for new brackets if the templates re indeed correct

Great... ill have to take a peak at my IC tonight. Solidus, did you get eyes on your spark plugs?

solidus 05-26-2016 05:51 PM

Yup, in the turbo box. The fuel return is a pain in the ***. Finishing up the day with running return line.

jax4557 05-26-2016 07:49 PM

I didn't have any in my turbo box, were they in the precison box or the box it was packed in?

TcRocket 05-26-2016 08:21 PM

Mine were in the box from Sasha

Ok, sooooo here's my mad scientist intercooler mount solution. I'd venture so far as to say I'm maybe 1/3 to 1/2 through the install ( Had to do my real job today so I won't be back at it till next Tuesday.) . I start on the exhaust then.

Can anyone send me instructions on the Fuel Pump wiring? I'm stuck and can't see the diagrams in Yzgys post because I'm on a work computer. PM me and I'll send my number so you can text me. Thanx.
