Its a difficult debate to stay in very long without both cars side by side for measurements and testing... but you can expect that the Corvette IRS had typical Corvette power in mind during its engineering, and that the 370z had typical 370z power in mind. I would be surprised if the Corvette doesnt have a more longitudinally rigid IRS, along with quite a bit less camber gain on compression.

I agree, as well as the transmission being in the rear, is a big help.

sorry, I should of specified more, I was just comparing our IRS vs the IRS on the vettes. The C7 has really long almost equal length control arms. As the 370z has very short un even control arms, resulting in dramatic compression camber (during launches). This results in very poor traction. I am going to be looking in depth if there is a way to help the camber and toe stay more stationary for my high powered 350z. Ive been dealing with the lack of traction for years but im getting more and more dedicated to a quarter mile car, So my ambition to correct it is getting higher.

Copy all, I do not race on the street, but I have had to pull off the road to get people to get off my ***. I have had some blow by and slow way down and I go around... next I'm getting passes again..

It gets stupid quick. I pull off for gas or something... sometimes the offender will pull off to talk...

I will use the car to quickly move from point to point after that the offender will leave me alone!!! sometimes... I should trade my car for a Prius.. No one wants to race a Prius...

Guess that is what happens when you have a red Z. Nobody messes with me. The only time anybody does is if they happen to be there when the turbo spools up or more likely the BOV goes off.

We once carried out a small Battle

I: 480 HP
He: 512 HP

The difference can be seen from Minute 2:00
