BP 600whp on 12psi (DYNO inside)

Earlier this week one of my customers hit the rollers and managed to get his car tuned on 91 octane fuel as well as ethanol.

The results speak for themselves. This was a 4th gear pull on the base 6266 T4 1.15 a/r turbo and upgraded (to 1000cc) injectors. This is out of the box, bolt on performance. 6psi of boost by 3,000 RPM to boot, not to shabby for just a single turbo.

That't the thing...600whp is as hight as you want to be with a street car. Traction is a serious issue, and you just end up spinning, especially if it is a cool day. I think R compound tires and a "square" set-up in the back will go a long way in addressing this, but it is still a boat load of easy power.

I think the 500ft/tq at the wheels before 4k is really what will make the car tough to handle on the street.

I am also pretty confident that this base turbo with the larger 1.32 a/r turbine would go deep in to the 600's at the wheels on E85. The billet wheel turbos don't really reach peak efficiency until you get in the high teens/twenty's with boost.

:iagree: I am at about the same whp on RE-11 and the temps here are perfect for boosting (40*'s to 60*), for get it in 1st and 2nd, but good traction in 3rd now that I changed out my rear diff. Besides tires, an upgraded rear diff has made a huge difference in putting down power and confidence in handling all the power and torque.

Congrats to all involved...great numbers!

Definitely....an upgrade on the differential goes a long way. I know when I switched to a Quaife on my 350z, it made a world of difference. It was also so much easier to reel it back in when the rear does go a bit squirely. Made the car very predictable.

Those are some great numbers. That JB turbo putting in some work!

Very nice!

Sasha, so the only upgrade was 1000cc injectors? So the 340L pump will support these numbers?

Who did the tuning?

Yes, that is correct.

That's what I was hoping you would say. I really don't want to go through the hassle of upgrading fuel pump for my power goals.

You will definitely be fine. I am still running the 340L pump as well

Then I'm more than good. I'm only looking for another 50whp/wtq(ish) and E85.

For the extra $180, I should just have the 1000cc injectors as standard and call it a day.
