its probably pertaining to the p0101, the maf code. The other code was probably set off by the p0101. I had this exact same problem, I found a bad connect

I had this exact same problem, I found a bad connect in the maf wiring, where it was cut and spliced. When the cars idling, grab your bank 1 harness and shake it around. see if the code comes back on. if so, then you know its in the wiring. could also be a dirty MAf.
