The main guts of my kit are installed,alternator,PS pump,serpentine and tensioner are in,next will be fans and running oil feed for the sc pump,going smooth so far but I am trying to take my time cuz I have atleast 3 months of winter left.

I use the evo 650cc injectors ... You should be ok with the 630cc running 10 ish psi after that you might be maxing them out ... Not sure if the limits with the injectors. Jon at Z1 told be 600cc was more than enough but I opted for 650cc per install instructions ..... And really the more I delt with Jon the more the worse it got ... Terrible customer service/lies/....tunes he sent me were awful...... He seemed great until after I paid the money then it was like pulling teeth for a response .... It's been waiting 2 weeks for a tune correction that he promised that same day .... I gave up and started looking for another tuner. |

Ya its getting there,I've got tons of time to complete,hey are you running the 600cc injectors?hows ur tune and hows it run with that size?iam lookin 725cc maybe so I can go up in boost in future but I don't want it to be too much fuel and ruin idle n drivability

I'm using 650cc with 11lbs pull idles fine .....has a very slight bounce like 30 rpm ...but I thnk is from the bpv ........ All my data logs seem fine ...I sent them back to z1 to review and tweak the throttle lag out and the fan tables ...until I can get it on the dyno

Bigger pulley means more boost correct me if iam wrong?wonder if they are carrying bigger pulleys.The vq engine can handle 11lbs on stock bottom end as long as you monitor properly. |

Correct, SC = smaller pulley more PSI.
