Right on,cant wait for results, iam experiencing a little fuel psi lost real high in rpm even with the 92mm,car runs great tho, breaks loose tires first 3 gears which isent a good thing but sure is fun.

Any luck with the fuel return system? Have you had a chance to dyno?

Jinxx 06-05-2016 01:17 PM

I have it set to 52 lbs fuels pressure and afr is now a little on the rich side all the way through the the rpm and full boost ....I don't have the vacuum line connected while running it this way and it maintains 52 lbs with out pressure drop . Now with vacuum line connected with same settings pressure is dropped to 47 lbs at idle and as boost comes on afr go very rich and continue to get richer to max boost/rpm .....so at the moment I can't do any more adjustments without changing the injectors settings in the tune. .....hoping to get a appointment set week after the 4th of July for Dyno tuning

Are you using 91 octane or 94?

Are you driving it daily with the 85 on as we speak?if so how is it?

Jinxx 06-11-2016 08:52 AM

I'm still on 93 octane ...I don't think I'll go to the e85 due to it being a daily driver and lack of e85 pumps locations .....I'm just hoping to break the 500 whp mark with 93 octane after that I'll be done. Wish is wasn't so hot when I'm doing the tune might hurt my performance.

Sorry meant 85mm pulley not e85,iam gona stick with 92mm pulley for this summer, budgeting for the return fuel system, clutch etc, with the ecutek tune there's plenty of power for the street.

Jinxx 06-12-2016 09:45 AM

Oh yea ill keeping the 85mm pulley at 7200rpm I was at 12.3 lbs so I'll have the boost earlier in the rpm range ...I don't like going over 7k anyway and with the 92 mm pulley you will hit 8lbs at like 6.9 k rpm ..ill be at 8lbs around 5.2 k
